Hypnotherapy/altered state work: This is a short term modality aimed at quickly getting to the root of problematic areas without the need for years and years of conventional therapy. This happens because the unconscious mind is more receptive to suggestions and using a therapeutic frame, the client can insert an array of positive messages aimed at improving their lives. This therapy ranges from 5-10 sessions for an hour long.
Regression Therapy/Past Life Therapy: Whereas in hypnotherapy there is an emphasis on the insertion of positive messages, regression therapy uses hypnotic states to explore core wounding. The aim of this therapy is to go beyond the limits of everyday life to find and heal our traumatic areas. In this therapy there is a combination of somatic elements, early childhood healing, past life exploration, between lives soul Regression, Akashic Records, spirit animal guides, Psychodrama, Spirit Releasement, Jungian Archetypes, and much more. This therapy ranges from 10-20 sessions for an hour an a half long duration.
Conventional Psychotherapy: For long term work I also provide this service for people wishing to work in an ordinary state of consciousness. I specifically work with anxiety, depression, trauma, shame, domestic violence, addiction, men’s issues, and psychedelic integration. My training consists of a variety of psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic-existential, cross-cultural, transpersonal, and somatic approaches. I work with teenagers, adults, men, women, seniors, of various socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. I work with families and couples as well. I have a sliding scale fee of 125-200$ for 50 minute sessions and can extend the time if needed. Sessions are once a week for about a year or longer depending on the challenge being addressed.
Clinical Supervision/Consultation: I have expertise in cross cultural counseling, especially as it relates to helping clients of color. I provide support for clinicians wishing to shape their interventions for the well-being of these clients. Rather than viewing myself as a source of cultural knowledge, I model being respectful/curious of other cultures while still maintaining the therapeutic alliance. Ask about my special rates.
